this would be insane if true. even pretty unsophisticated law firms use internal tools like relativity with credentials and 2FA to do this kind of review. nobody hosts stuff on an unsecured website location that does not require credentials to access

yeah, I do agree with that, as someone who worked in govt investigations, it’s definitely possible it existed within the investigative files and wasn’t planted, so I do agree it’s going overboard to claim it was inserted by the Trump admin.

obviously it’s not the same exact photo but it looks like it could have been taken at the same time and same place, which is what makes it innocuous. has anyone established that it is not from the same time and place?

not to mention we’re also seeing a ton of grand jury nullification through no true bills. some aren’t nullification because they’re due to flimsy evidence but I think it’s pretty clear a bunch are nullifications of technical crimes.
