Travel on the Thames Clipper if you can. Although it can also get busy, they can’t take more people than there are life jackets. In winter you can still sit outside to avoid people if you’re willing to put up with the cold.

That would be a bold step, and by my recollection, that shouldn’t work for them - not least because they’ve built the model.
