Could a deal look like this:
Greenland formally becomes part of the US, but under Danish administration (economy, welfare etc)
In turn, Denmark receives security guarantees from the Golden Dome, stays on DT's good side (investments, tariff credits) and becomes essentially a US ally in Europe.
