Those are called swizzles in ice skating, but I think I've heard them called lemons on roller skating!

My aunt makes an "oyster log" every year for christmas that's smoked oysters and cream cheese for spreading on crackers haha. People either love or hate it, but it's tradition at this point. (I don't think I've ever actually eaten it though. Maybe this year will be the year.)
