He's a lone wolf for a while, but then when he's trying to take a bounty on Erin's and Whelan's heads, he's presented with a job to escort Erin to the Spires. He is also apart of the fiend hunting guild, joining to face the looming False Hydra plaguing his village.

When she meets the gang she finally realizes that she's done with being a professional boxer. Granted she LOVES to box, but just hates the career version of it. She was destined to be an adventurer, and is put under the Employment of escorting Erin to the Spires.

Under the care of her manager, a banished Amazon, under false presence, keeps her into the career. Over time though people backhandedly call her a nepo baby which is why she's so successful. Over time this undermining of her hard work wears her down. Until she meets the gang of Erin, Topaz, Whelan.

As such she left the island to make it big in a boxing career to be the main rep for her island. She started her career rough. He first loss was so brutal and discouraging she nearly committed suicide. But she pushed through and made a fierce comeback.

Well Vin seems like a little bundle of paranoia and older-brother-ain't-shit issues. A power granting luck is a cool idea. A lot of stories seem to start with heists and such and I don't mind the start to this one at all. Nice to now that Kelsiers actions immediately have consequences.
