in the 3rd one, lbh would be the skeleton(s) that sy using necromancy to control

which in reverse was the concept that first came to me about this au

but then i was like "but cannibalism as a love language tho..."

which doesnt make sense if the chef (lbh?) has like 8 skeletons working for him....

im like, choosing between a few schools of thought

1. lbh is being butchered alive, his demon powers keep healing him
2. sy transmigrated into a Collection of creatures, basically every single creature IS sy, hivemind sorta thing
3. sy accidentally starts the killing, but lbh goes along with it....

the hard part of this au is that the main character TOTALLY gives sy personality vibes (-the brutal butchering casually happening in the background), but the aesthetic + cooking gives lbh vibes....

not sure how Horror i would wanna make it 🤔

as u kill more creatures, u collect the souls of those youve brutally slaughtered, which can be trained with your low levels of necromancy knowledge to help around the cafe!!
theres basically zero downsides!!!

now why do you keep getting threatening prank calls late at night???

as u discover new recipes, ur cafe gets more diverse clientele... which means more diverse food products for u to "collect" from them

and, yes, some of the animals eat food made with products from their own species
