Honestly, at this point I think we all have collective PTSD.

Once combined, Kroger (with Albertsons) and Walmart will control 70% of the grocery market in over 160 cities.

Whenever possible, shop local!

4. Use coupons. This hurts Walmart's profits.
5. Use cash. This impedes their ability to collect data on your shopping habits.
6. Cancel your Sam's club membership. If possible, join Costco.

2. Don't buy non-essentials like electronics, household goods, clothes, etc. These have the highest profit margins. Instead shop online or at local and thrift stores.
3. Don't buy Walmart brands such as Great Value, Equate, Parents Choice, Baby's Choice, Better Homes & Gardens, Mainstays, etc.
