Very unusual stuff happening near Kaliningrad, French Air Force Tanker, and 2 French Mirage 2000D from Romania. There also 4 French Rafale stationed in Lithuania for Baltic Air Policing. Is it possible the 2000D being used to simulate adversary for Rafales?
