Over the past week what has become absolutely clear is that Frank is an archetypal small club manager. In that he sets his teams up in order to counter the strengths of the opposition. And not in order to beat them. Against PSG he set them up to save his job.

So, it’s November and we sit ninth. The problem is that people (podcasters) are seemingly beginning to see that T.Frank is probably limited as a coach. His limitations are simply that, at best, he can get small teams to play well enough to finish in the higher mid-table positions.

Frank a small club fraud!!
November 23, 2025 at 5:23 PM
If this is the result of Frank concentrating on the defence… he needs to go before he concentrates on any other part of the game. His man management skills …. Well I can’t work out what he does??

Let’s be clear. I want T Frank to be successful. The main problem I see lies in him following Ange. Ange was /is exceptionally outstanding as a motivator. Otherwise we wouldn’t have won the Europa League whilst at the same time not focusing on the premiership! Frank isn’t that type of manager.

Frank goes for the win subbing Kudus with Spence. Superb unexpected tactic from Frank!

Good job Frank had sorted out our defence. We were cut open at will in 2nd half!

So who is going to miss out of the CL squad and if we can’t fill the local trained quota what size will it be!
August 29, 2025 at 9:47 PM
My biggest worry lies in the fact that some ITK’s who work for the press seem to think that we will sign Simons and another plus we have a m good chance of getting out of the group stage!
Pretty sure Levy can
Sort all of those aspirations with ease!

Any chance we put a clause in Mickey Moore’s loan deal allowing us to bring him back if we need him due to injuries. Cause he ain’t playing for Rangers. Also how come we loan players to clubs who won’t play them. Micro managing Levy couldn’t micro manage a brewery!
August 27, 2025 at 8:31 AM
I see we’ve signed a 16 yr old from Celtic I guess he will go straight into the 1st team this week-end! What do you mean NO! Levy and Lange are supposed to be working very hard and pulling out all the stops to sign a 10 and 3 others… reminiscent of the past 29 odd yes! # Levy please GO NOW!
August 27, 2025 at 8:26 AM
Sonny is leaving. The difference of my feelings about him leaving now and when Kane left are immense. What a player? What an icon. Most importantly, what an amazing human being.

Let’s not kid ourselves, if as the transfer window activity suggests we are not only going to fail in winning or getting 5th place in the premier league and are very likely going to be out of the CL by Xmas. We are also going to be out of the league cup by the 4th round and the fa cup by the 5th.
July 30, 2025 at 9:14 PM
The Levy led board couldn’t arrange a piss-up in a brewery, let alone put together a team to play in a stadium they built! Football is a sport not a business!
July 28, 2025 at 7:27 AM
TBH, I can’t believe anyone still believes that Postecoglou managed to finish 17th in the league and win the europa league without the passive help of the board led by Daniel Levy. Just like Pochettino, Maurinho, Nuno and Conte. Levy’s legacy is there for everyone to admire Hotels and all.
July 28, 2025 at 7:25 AM
Glad Thomas Frank is certain that we can score plenty of goals. cause these 3rd tier defences we up against seem to deal with us very easily.
July 26, 2025 at 3:53 PM
Deos anybody seriously believe Daniel Levy is prepared to fund Spurs sufficiently to win either the premier league and or the champions league? After watching the type of players Liverpool, Chelsea and Woolwich are buying ?
July 25, 2025 at 7:16 AM
I guess beating a 3rd division team is something of a victory
July 19, 2025 at 8:13 PM
Am I allowed to say that Im underwhelmed with mid level premier league players who have none or little experience in the CL ! Still Levy wants to be a winner. Hahaha. Personally I’d like him to concentrate on making the money.
July 11, 2025 at 12:15 PM
Given the changes to the board it’s amazing that we are building a bigger hotel complex rather than investing in Premier league ready players. Good job TF has Brentford players up his sleeve.
June 25, 2025 at 10:48 PM
Im so glad that now both the Aussie’s have gone we are now able to sign premiership experienced players rather than the fresh faced youth in order to develop them. “”We want to win the premier league and the champions league not just some tinpot competition that we last won 41 years ago! Pity Frank
June 23, 2025 at 10:02 PM
Two interviews two different takes. Thomas’s views very very similar to Ange’s when he joined except Thomas is European and Ange wasn’t.
June 18, 2025 at 8:39 PM
I thought Thomas was a shoe in for signing today. Is he now a doubting Thomas in terms of getting the players he thinks he needs ? Welcome to N17 ! Don’t sell your house, just yet.

We spurs fans have often been called fickle. At the end of the season where many, if not most, fans started by saying silverware was more important than league placing. We get rid of a manager who has won silverware at every club he managed bar one. And replaced him with. Manager who has one nothing
June 11, 2025 at 6:50 AM
The next Spurs coach/manager needs to understand that even if he or she wins silverware he /she can’t win unless they finish in the top 5 of the league in order for the boards cash cow called Tottenham Hotspur to function at required level of putting money in the select fews pockets.
