I read the newest volume of Nichijou. While I liked a few of the chapters, I feel as though the series has reached a point where the absurdity is too much.
Before, chapters were more subdued in their absurdity because they were heightened everyday scenarios. This doesn't feel like the case anymore.

CITY The Animation has concluded with a stellar final episode. I'm sad that the mayor race wasn't adapted, but I really like this final chapter that's unique to the anime.
I'm not 100% satisfied with this adaptation, but I'm glad it exists at all and have thoroughly enjoyed it for what it is!

CITY The Animation has concluded with a stellar final episode. I'm sad that the mayor race wasn't adapted, but I really like this final chapter that's unique to the anime.
