So, I assume Aspheera messed with time and therefore Zane was put into akita's timeline due to travelling into the past, and not that 60 years had actually passed in the never realm while being in Ninjago

So, the never realms time flow is still a mystery and VERY OFTEN misunderstood 🤷

Because when Lloyd and the ninja went into the never realm, they wouldn't be back in time, they would be in their CURRENT time flow

While Zane, again, was sent into the past

So, how long has time passed in the never realm? We STILL have no idea, but Akita dying from old age should be off the table

Lloyd had ASSUMED the never realm had a much faster time flow, like you, but really Zane was sent decades into the past

So the question "had 60 years passed in the never realm while in Ninjago?" Is a mystery, the never realms time is still confusing especially since Zane had been sent back in time

Formlings age much slower and differently than humans

Plus, Tommy compared Akita to an "immortal couple" from the Lord of the rings (Aragorn and Arwen), so akita's aging system might work similarly to Garmadon and Wu's aging system
