Hi Ali, re: video of the shooting. Does it show the ICE officer switch his phone from his rt to his lft just before he shot? In his reflection, he's recording w/his rt hand, then switches it to his lft hand before Renee notices him which seems to indicate HE was preparing for his next move, not her.
