Idk who needs to hear this. Educating yourself on the struggles of a group of ppl different from you is wonderful. However, if you have no lived experience behind your academic knowledge, then you have to be careful not to become arrogant & dismissive of the experiences of people who are living it.

I started HRT in 2015 & still looked buff. I thought no one would think I was pretty if I had muscle.
I starved myself & did too much cardio.
It didn't work.
