And now the tariffs.

It’s a shame that DKR was thrown off course due to Heath’s death because end to end they’re my all time favourite superhero movies.

Excited to see where they take The Batman next though, Pattison is doing a grand job.

Ooooh good shout, thanks!

There is that!

Imagine getting paid for one project and being told “take as long as you need, work till it’s finished.”

I wonder about levels of patience in craft back then. With no distractions or other real/ cheap competition an artist could take their time.

Took Michelangelo 4 years to paint a ceiling.

Hahahaha you could hear the HD hammer away at every block like there was a dwarven miner with a pickaxe back then.

There’s too many systems competing now, plus a load under the “rules lite” banner rather than GURPS.

I have no argument there, in general we could do with more new IP that isn’t a reboot or based on existing media.

Makes sense, I haven’t watched Last Battlefield for a long time, seeing the cadet in Academy made me think about it again.

Great system, not really pushed hard enough.

This is more accurate having been involved in far too many change programmes in my career.

The worst of it is that the exec survive, move on to another job, and they start another cycle.

They’re all imaginary. I don’t lose sleep over it.

I think most of us are yelling at clouds these days 🤣

It’s what I think happens at the cinema these days, too. Far too many people just dicking about on their mobiles instead of watching something they paid to experience. It’s just weird.
