There are two issues that I still think are going under the radar when it comes to the Climate Crisis: Greenwashing & climate anxiety

Greenwashing is rife & a leading cause of climate denial/delay

Its also profiteering from good intentions during the cost-of-living crisis

I don't engage with climate deniers. All you're doing is showing ignorance.
The atmosphere doesn't care where emissions come from, just the volume. And Ireland has an oversized impact per capita, 55% above EU average.
You're cherry-picking units to promote denial and delay. Inexcusable

Its so crazy, and so many people are affected by solistalgia and climate anxiety. The mental health impact of climate change isn't being discussed nearly enough (if at all).

We now seem to whiplash between deadly summer heatwaves and droughts, and deadly winter storms with little solace in between

Remember that Just Stop Oil caused no damage to Stonehenge, as was confirmed in the days after Starmer's post. Nor any lasting damage to any artworks. They knew this going in.

Starmer has had a significant public artwork destroyed because it calls out his genocide complicity

When Just Stop Oil carefully used monuments and art to raise awareness of inaction on the Climate Emergency, Starmer & co called them "pathetic" and "vandals" and encouraged prison sentences

Now they've done all they can to quickly destroy a work of art

That's more than 100km walked (hobbled/limped), which was orginally going to be my overall target, because I wasn't sure if I could do that far while re-learning to walk
