Working out a little but recently ((did pushups 4 days in a row)) and trying to fix my hunger cues and learn when I'm hungry actually, not just wanting to eat or thinking Im sick so not eating and it's stressful?? How??? Do you know what feels like hungry and what's wanting to eat

I hate my job, my pipes are frozen so I can't shower and I get to walk to work in the snow to freeze after they wouldn't even give me the weekend off I asked for!!

I hate this job so fucking much!!! I don't request off alot of days, twice a month Sometimes and it's just one fucking weekend!!! I walk to work every shift in the shitty weather, I pick up other workers slack, I'm just over it!!! It shouldn't be so fucking hard to get one single weekend off
