OK, Writers…You can only go to one writer’s conference in 2025. Which one is it?
Went to my alma mater high school’s production of Godspell last night. Those kids gave their all! Loads of talent! It reminded me of some of the best feelings I had as a teenager—hopeful, excited, ready to soar, willing to take chances. A sweet reminder.

Received some book mail today. The Refugee’s Daughter, written by a childhood friend, Carolyn Newton, is fantastic! Carolyn and I hadn’t been in touch for decades but our love of writing has reconnected us. Books are so powerful. And, even if I do say so myself, authors are just the best.
