It’s unclear to me how the Republican candidate for NJ governor might handle vaccines, given his public statements.

But whoever is elected is inheriting a concerning trend in childhood vax rates in NJ.

I’ve paid attention to every twist and turn of this story since ex-Sen. Menendez was indicted in 2023. Nothing prepared me for his wife’s tearful statement today in court.
