    An immediate arms embargo on Israel.
    A ban on trade and investment in illegal Israeli settlements;
    The suspension of the UK-Israel Trade and Partnership Agreement;
    Expanded sanctions on entities and individuals involved in endangering the Palestinians.
    Legal consequences for corporate entities and executives within UK jurisdiction that are complicit in serious violations of international law.
    Legally binding corporate due diligence legislation through a new Business, Human Rights and Environment Act.

The government's recent trade strategy offered continued support for the ISDS system. This was hugely disappointing, and now looks completely untenable. The time is ripe for a clear rejection of the ISDS system.

We need to get it out of the UK's investment agreements with 80 other countries...

The UK is being sued by fossil fuel investors over the High Court's decision to block a coal mine in Cumbria.

This is the ISDS system in action: a parallel system where investors can challenge government policies, even over something as vital as climate action.
