I’m not in favor of ethnic cleansing, but basically just letting them walk away wasn’t a great idea. There needed to be severe, generational consequences.

The actual history, the first 175 years or so of the USA is some of the most brutal, racist and discriminatory history the world has ever seen. It permeates to this day. MAGA are the New Confederates and we can’t let them off easy again.

It’s not common knowledge at all, especially going back to the early 2000’s. Maybe you knew it but most didn’t. Part of the reason we’re in this position is precisely because it’s not common knowledge, whether it’s willful ignorance or not. We need to make sure it becomes common knowledge.
