Exactly. I have aunt/uncle type people, and cousin type people. No one defines people any further in a casual setting. Heck, some of my relatives aren't technically related to me *shrug*

As a personal trainer, I suggest that the trick is to find the kind of exercise you like. My husband runs; I hate cardio. I love lifting heavy weights and tolerate lifting lighter weights many many times. The only way I can do cardio is if I can read during it. Find what you like to do
