Time for some night thoughts,

My world has gotten so loud lately. I get trapped by algorithms bouncing between 5-6 apps of constant auditory and visual stimuli that when I finally break out of it and have a moment of quiet Ive forgotten thats how its supposed to be. I want my days to be more quiet.
