If 'selling' your course troubles you, reframe it: put yourself in the position of someone who doesn't know what you know. Would your course genuinely help enhance their life? If it would, why would you want to stop them from knowing about it?

The way you ask a question affects the quality of the answer. To obtain a better answer from most people, don't ask whether your own solution is possible, ask about your desired outcome.

Never forget that you are not your audience. Spend time teaching people in real life. It'll help you realise what you have assumed they know, in fact, they don't.

Q. Why would anyone buy your course? I mean, they could learn just about anything for free via YouTube or Google.

A. Many people don't have the time or skill to do this. They want their hand-held. A curated experience and, maybe, some support. That's why they pay you.
