I've spent 40 years in criminal law. The Supreme Court will not be visiting a state court plea bargain case. There is literally no constitutional question to be answered.

I don't know of any. I already knew with the corrupt appointees and federal judges in office that any federal agency or policy was at risk. Perhaps you know of some state laws that Trump was able to change by himself.
