Obvious examples are Aerfort Dhún na nGall and Hector OZ/NZ, both lack Irish language subtitles (which are useful for monolingual hard of hearing people AND learners) but also, the english subtitles that are available, don't subtitle when English is spoken (which is quite frequent)

If it's an irish language show, the english subtitles will only be for any Irish that's spoken, any English sentences will have no subtitles, which is simply not the purpose of the subtitles, ay?
They should have subtitles for both English and Irish, that represent all language spoken in the shows.

If these people ever engaged with the Autistic (& wider disability community) they could learn about how these concepts have come up before. But most of these people have only been (self-)diagnosed in the last few years and their identity is wholly singular and not based in community/solidarity.
