I want to give them then the chance but I’m tired of organisations claiming to be inclusive but shitting on trans people as soon as it gets tough for them.

Unless your unity is truly intersectional and includes Trans organisations then you are just part of the problem.
The same forces that hate based on gender identity hate base on race and any of the other innate characteristics.

I have emailed the BSI for guidance as to the standard man and woman.
Hopefully they can help with this urgently so we can ensure we are compliant with the EHRC’s guidance.

Can any legal expert please define what the law defines as female “appearance and behavior”.
After all if this is to be used to exclude people is surely must be defined someplace formally so as to bring real clarity that Starmer claimed the F(s)WS case provided.

Did the head of the EHRC just basically threaten every company and service provider in the country with this?
It definitely read as a threat, comply to our demands ( no matter how disgusting they are) or we will take you to court.

Whiteness stating that the trust had and probably still has a policy to segregate trans women into separate rooms. If that’s official trust policy it is that just these nurses further discriminating?
