The E stands for enforcement. As in enforcing laws passed by Congress. If you don’t like it, elect people with the will to change the laws. Tell Dexter that would require Congress members who are willing to negotiate in an intellectually honest manner. She appears to not have that gear.

Here is something for you to noodle. If your grocery employer had to pay you more than you were worth, they would have closed stores and there would have been fewer grocery jobs. Maybe you wouldn’t have had a job.
