and it’s the fucking superheroes bit again. genuinely, what? this isn’t about the ship to me, i don’t think they should be together. this is about the treatment of queer viewers and ship. that’s cruel imo. i’d love to know others’ opinions since all the articles i’ve seen are like ‘perfect ending!!’

and it’s guillermo. now, the whole thing with these endings, is that they’re the viewers most satisfying endings. so essentially jokes about the viewer for each one. then, the real ending, guillermo coming back in and nandor saying ‘we could be friends, but yk what’s cooler than friends?’

the first two fake endings are silly. one being a thriller-ending about colin and laszlo, one being a rosemarys baby (??) ending with nadja. but the last ending was a sitcom parody. with nandor waking up and turning to his romantic partner going ‘i had the craziest dream…’ then that partner sits up,

however, the finale tonight has really, really disheartened me. it would be one thing if they didn’t become canon, whatever. but the entire episode felt like a joke towards viewers who shipped nandor and guillermo. constantly having confession-vibe moments. and not to mention, the last fake-ending

i would like to preface that i’m not a huge nandermo fan! the power dynamics are off and it felt icky. however, i have eyes. throughout the series, it’s clear there have been hints about them being romantic. nandor asking guillermo to travel the world with him, for one.
