We're presenting three posters today from 1-5 PM covering brain-wide quantification of AD pathology (PSTR111.19), tools for mapping neuronal activity with Npas4 and cFos (PSTR143.04), and brain-wide quantification of antibody therapeutics (PSTR111.18), highlighting our collaborative work with Roche.

We are excited to highlight tissue clearing data generated by Dr. Ian Smith at @ucirvine.bsky.social. This cleared mouse brain sample, stained for amyloid (Amylo-Glo, green) and capillaries (cyan), reveals the brain’s microvascular network and amyloid pathology in intact tissue.

New publication in @nature.com Neuroscience from our collaboration with the Olson Lab (@ucdavis.bsky.social) and the Heifits Lab (Stanford). The study demonstrates that TBG—a non-hallucinogenic analogue of 5-MeO-DMT—can promote cortical neuroplasticity without inducing hallucinogenic effects.
