When you are feeling down, when depression has you its hard for you to see any positives in your life, just the negative in sharp relief. Things can get better. Better days are ahead.

I only agree with the last one. The others are hard to see as anything possible but a)You got here so not a waste and b) changes dont have to be monumental, can be small ones, that surprisingly add up over time.

I'm going to say this only because when I worked in art supply I ran into an artist who didn't know, they are refillable and the refills cost as much as the marker but refill it like 5-6 times.
Had one sad/happy artist hug me as they had been buying the same marker on an almost weekly basis....
