and i wish people didn’t run with this idea that (especially cis) men are infiltrating the community using lesboy. I’ve been in the community for years and i’ve never once seen that happen. But i have met countless lesbians like me who use lesboy to connect with the masculine sides of our identity

and I don’t want to theysplain to you since i’m sure you have an understanding of lesbian history, but to me at least the anti lesboy stuff seems misguided. Lesboys are just lesbians with connections to masculinity. I’m sure we both know the long history of trans masc lesbians in the community

I think it’s good that you recognise that, despite the validity of your past experiences, you are not totally qualified to debate this. I just want to say as a lesbian who organises irl lesbian events and is active in the irl and online community that lesboys do not pose a threat to the community

like i’m not surprised that people take it at face value but the label is literally used by so many masc nby lesbians. I’m happy to explain it or answer any questions about it, if you’ll be respectful, but either way I just think it’s offensive to group us with fascists

boy is not the same as man, in my opinion. I like the term boy because I like masculine terms! it doesn’t make me a man. Man makes me dysphoric. If you look up lesboy multiple of its definitions include non binary people! Many lesboys are nby, probs more than not.
