Porn was never the problem- it’s the lack of education around sex and consent and adults being unwilling to do the hard work with having age appropriate talks with their children and you can blame the rise of Christian nationalism for this :)))

If someone ever says this to you, *especially* if they are a writing instructor or famous author, they are using it as an excuse to avoid teaching you, or to obfuscate the fact that they do not have the technical credentials to teach.
You must ignore them at all costs.
