a slightly less well known portrait of Mary Shelley by Reginald Easton. Everything is copper-gold toned, (her skin, her hair, her hooded robe, the chemise beneath, the thin tiara across her hairline, even the color of her eyes. The robe is pinned together just below the neckline of the chemise when a contrasted bright blue flower, which is only somewhat visible in frame in this crop.

I'm always going to value a movie that gives me the most minutes of movie per movie (the plot MOVES and is almost a clean 90) and makes me snort laugh. also the production team is using a big chunk of the movie profits to buy out a bunch of medical debt.

vintage silver Sony stereo stack (this particular one is a receiver STR-242L, tuner ST-J60, and cassette TC-K45 stack without a pictured turntable component, but the turntable (a ps-x20 or similar) is always gonna implied) as far as I care). A deacde-old $40 Jensen turntable stacked on an Onkyo TX-NR809 that I scavenged from a neighbor's electronics trash. There's a Sony TCM S64V walkman-style cassette player also sitting on the receiver that's hooked to the front of the Onkyo via the headphone jack with a R/L splitter cable.

cleaned and sanitized thoroughly as possible without taking it apart (I have no idea whose hands were where before they ever touched this thing), but truly I was put on this earth to hit buttons and fiddle with dials, especially when they have that 70's-style spaceship-amber light scheme
A somewhat older model Numark MixTrack Pro (2011 from the serial number stickers), a double-turntable single-mixer control deck. Most of the buttons are lit up amber, but on each side, there are also two green buttons and one red button. The lights reflect off the metallic portions of the deck. assorted background items are on my desk surrounding it.
