Yes, I don't watch anymore when he is a starter since the year's Tour. It's predictable and boring, the only hope is he crashes out or has a major mechanical, which is a stupid way to enjoy cycling.

Actually even the first point: Ferrand-Prevot destroyed them in the Tour this year and until last year SD Worx totally dominated the sport

First teams that come to mind are Intermarche and Cofidis but they dont really have TT specialists either (Thomas exception)

For decent low budget team TTs were: Arkea this year, Movistar, Jayco always a good tt team, Bahrain not that bad either

- laughable dominance
- way too many crashes and UCI not giving a shit about safety

- top riders not racing against eachother more often

Biggest problem for him is positioning, cobbles arent a problem (even Jonas and Rogla would be fine on flemish cobbles)

I'm just not sure he has the 1-2 min w/kg to match pog/mvdp on those climbs, but he has the ability to come back as the Aerobullet

Just 2 years ago, especially in one day races, it wasn't known who the strongest was and/or the strongest didn't win at times (even more so 3+ years ago). It was much more unpredictable and that was the norm rather than exception

And that's completely changed in the last 2 years
