UPDATE:
Refund policy has been updated since I thought the original one was unfair to clients.
A text about part of my work policy, there's a title named "refunds" and it says as following: You may request a refund while the work is on concept/sketch phase. After that you won't be able to get a refund anymore unless I wish to (or can't) not work on the commission anymore, which in that case will be given to you a complete refund back.
