The Maltse railway or "Il-vapur ta' l-art" in Maltese. Was a railway that connected Valletta to Mdina (old town). It ran from 1883-1931. The rail line was 11km (7 miles) London and had 12 stations. It went through 9 different localities until it was closed in 1931.
