I just saw my first one.
United is now advertising their customer service app is a human, not an AI.
People don’t want to be handled by machines. Nobody likes being on the receiving end of AI.

I do like this old railway bridge that crosses over the canal. It's actually the start of a viaduct. Those Victorians built to last.

I can confidently attest that it is in fact the 'new' WordPress. Except it's better in every way and obviously built by passionate people who know what worked in the old paradigm (and what didn't). A breath of fresh air.
