Last year, I predicted we’d see during the next 2 years promotions for AI-free experiences.

I just saw my first one.

United is now advertising their customer service app is a human, not an AI.

People don’t want to be handled by machines. Nobody likes being on the receiving end of AI.

The best tech surprise of the year by far is KOReader. A fantastic, powerful and Open Source alternative document reader that you can use on your Kindle. It's so good it has blown my mind.
