I paid $11.50 for Emissions Test Fee to the shop I visited
And when I renew my registration on txdmv I pay another $2.75 Emissions Inspection Fee AND $7.50 for Inspection Replacement Fee. What the hell is that?

Okay kind of funny if that’s the first you’ve seen of such a thing, childish yea. What made me laugh though was this is typically found on gasoline trucks with plastic testicles hanging, which I always found stupid. The wire nuts are poking fun at those drivers.
