It's hard for sure. I tried an elimination diet with my son & didn't see a lot of improvement so I just focus on probiotics, yogurt and foods that cool the system like rice.

Focus on gut health as well. There may be a food or gut issues causing it.

Some friends and I have been awaiting the Battlemarked drop so hopefully that cuz I just bought it at full price. 😫

Don't feel bad mama. Most dermatologists don't even see it when it involves Black skin. With severe eczema there is never enough moisturizer unfortunately. Wishing you guys all the healing.
