Live in SE England. Mainly lurk here. Enjoy knitting socks and reading terrible old novels with chapters headed "Wherein Eugene is dissipated".
Oh no this is awful. Your account has been a source of joy over the last year is I have been on here.

I am so sorry to read that you have been harassed.

Excellent news. I am so pleased for you!

And what a funny coincidence with Dr Watson treating you. It's a sign of future success for your book, I'm sure 😄

Bit worried that my brother got a warning ten minutes before the rest of us... Some kind of favouritism 🤣

Finally some good news! 🎉

(Still horrified at the ridiculous amount of time this has taken and the lack of information and actual assistance you have had but hopefully done with now)

I asked my MP to ask the Minister, and I asked the Minister themselves, why they appear to have changed the rules without telling anyone who might be affected.

Terrible communication, putting the situation very very mildly.

You can use expired passport as ID for voting in a polling station if you want - as long as the photo still looks like you. Or get a Voter Authority Certificate - you need your NI number and a photo, takes about 3 mins to apply online.

I did this once. Got about as far as you then got my beloved to help me just shove all the books back on the shelves randomly. Never again.😂

Surely the wealthiest grads don't actually take out loans as they or their parents pay the 30k fees without need for loans -so no interest incurred?

Grief is not often subject to rational thinking. It must be devastating to lose a child - and thinking you may have caused it (or at least not prevented it) could break a person. So her brain is protecting her. It's very very sad.
