We've flooded our streets with poorly trained, unqualified buffoons who couldn't get jobs with traditional law enforcement and equipped them with weapons of maximum lethality. Many are explicitly looking for an excuse to engage in violence. What could go wrong? None of this is remotely normal or ok.
