And he still has bad whiff and K numbers… And does Norby’s glove look any better? I dunno, I’m with you here in general for sure

Appreciate the sanity. Where did Stowers even peak in major prospect eval publications? Not sure what people wanted Elias to do otherwise?

It’s a great trade. Sets the market high for future deals.
July 10, 2025 at 2:49 PM
Another reason they can’t just trade all their prospects either!
June 1, 2025 at 5:11 PM
Is it too early to see Mullins or O’Hearn traded?

2026 Orioles juggernaut

I agree! It just means we’re looking at a minimum of 12 months of gloom, punctuated by freakouts over every transaction. Might not be much fun.

Maximum roster and payroll flexibility, and we couldn't have less trust in the front office. Safe to say they will do a lot--whatever that might mean--and people will hate it no matter what until it proves successful.

Not a terribly timed year to get all the bad luck out of his system
May 12, 2025 at 6:12 PM
Where are the Stuff monsters? Look how they managed developing Felix! We need a couple more of those projects
May 8, 2025 at 5:10 PM
If they sit on their hands and he signs elsewhere, it’s a big loss. Detroit played this well with Jack Flaherty. Got to get some better arms in the farm. IMO, don’t think people realize how dire that situation is.

Trade and maybe later resign Eflin. No way they should extend him now. It’s a waste of an asset and they need all the pieces coming in that they can get.
May 8, 2025 at 1:44 PM
And not just roster building through FA. The decision to draft no pitching has obviously contributed to this. Wagner/Beavers/Fabian were not good picks.
April 20, 2025 at 8:37 PM
Sincere question: if the team has Burnes instead of Morton and Sugano, what’s their record right now? Still sub .500 clearly, right?
April 19, 2025 at 2:41 PM
If they just make the Alcantara deal now, it doesn’t work, and they move Eflin/Soto/Dominguez at the deadline, I would be fine with that. Not sure about the rest of the fanbase..
April 18, 2025 at 9:12 PM
If they make a move now, are they committing to more buying at the deadline? They have no pitching depth to sell. If it doesn’t work things get really bleak really fast.
April 18, 2025 at 9:06 PM
Kjerstad obvious, but Holliday hasn’t really turned on one all year.
April 10, 2025 at 2:57 PM
The negativity of the fanbase is embarrassing. Completely out of control. Glad there are still adults in charge of the team.
April 8, 2025 at 11:39 PM
If the Os keep losing, can certainly expect another Povich/Cano type return for him at the deadline
April 5, 2025 at 1:40 AM
They clearly have no interest in wiping out all the prospect capital. Seems obvious they chose high variance options so selling at the deadline is an option. Eflin, Soto, Dominguez could all yield good returns and have no future value.
