The new identity - from the bold typography to the hand-drawn "Fletch" symbol - reflects the sellers we build for every day.

But this refresh reminded us that "working better" isn't just about features and functionality. It's about understanding that our sellers don't just need tools - they need a platform that gets them, that speaks their language, and that celebrates their scrappy, creative spirit.

We spend our days constatntly thinking about how to make Big Cartel work better for artists, makers and small indie businesses.
