And just doing that over and over again till the end of the list, then starting again from the top. Sometimes I'll change the sort order so things wind up in different groups or just hit shuffle for a while and delete the "meh" songs that pop up. 16/?

Then after that, it's a grueling iterative process of trying to whittle the rest down to my actual favorites of what's left. Every pass at this point is the same: isten to quick clips of 5 songs at a time and eliminate the one I like the least, then move on to the next group of 5 songs. 15/?

Second pass is the big one, where I get rid the most stuff. I basically sort by artist and try to whittle it down to just one song per artist, or at the very least one song per album. 13/?

First pass is really eliminating duplicates. Different versions of songs with the same titles, or remixes, or songs that appeared on a studio album and a single. 12/?

But I've basically discovered a whole system in my head for how I go about this, when I usually have several hundred songs I might like on #spotify in a year.
It usually requires many passes to get it down to 100. I start by going to Liked songs, sort by date added, add all from that year. 11/?
