Yes, I want it to be about people and not rules. Exactly. Always. Because people matter to me, and rules are only made by them and for them. Not the other way around.

It's always only about people.

If you like rules better, that's your prerogative. Don't expect that from me, tho.

I did not say that.

I said that while I indeed will listen to questions and what you call concerns, I do not necessarily have to share them or make them mine.

Neither does anyone else. Because your concern is also not the undeniable truth, it's your opinion. It can be wrong.

Even tho I did not agree on Pinsel's first post, I engaged with them in a nice and friendly way. And they returned that favor. And I maybe gave them a solution, even here (not my job).

Always strive. You have to be better. You have to improve. I'm not satisfied with your performance.

Those are words a person paying me real money may, just may, ask of me. But you should consider that, like very furry convention organizer around the globe,

And I don't think of “being nice to the organizers” is a weak thing to do or to expect. I think it is the most common basic thing they can expect. Because they are not your f***ing paid stooges. Because they deserve it. First and foremost. That would be appreciation.

I did not, ever, say that someone shouldn't voice their criticism if something really is off or ask questions if they don't understand the reasoning behind something. I know for a fact that there's plenty of people in the event's organization spending very much time in answering those.
