What I mean to say is that games are a medium that present you many types of art: music, writing, visual arts, technical arts, etc. As a whole they can still be an artform and a medium, i.e. stage plays, musicals, and animation.

But... Medium is anything used to present Media

People who own the original don't want this cut of the game, it's a markedly worse experience overall, so I'm glad that it wasn't pushed as an update to the disc version.
