It’s true. The 30s have been awesome… started over, became a priest, found an awesome D&D group, married my wife, and I get to take my toddler to pick out donuts every Friday. 🌈 🍩

The roses are popping this year. Had to prune and tie one pretty heavily that had collapsed over the sidewalk, but I’ve always loved our rosebed.

It was super cool to go on a tour of native plant gardens around Sacramento today. Totally in love with the many forms of sage we got to see (and smell!)

I finally updated the photo on our church website to show the altar bread. Unlike the mass produced wafers, these are made in our own kitchens and they show imperfections. But there’s something beautiful about it because God chooses imperfect vessels to share with us what is perfect.
