Got out for a bit of walk today. The husband can’t ride or ski or snowboard until his rotator cuff is fixed. So walking it is. Went to Elbow Falls. It’s a pretty little spot.

The chinook winds have taken the rime frost but have given us a cool cloud formation with the moon peeking through. The picture on the right was taken last Tuesday.

Seen on my hike in Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park. Lots of frozen fog (hoar frost). This is my favourite thing about winter in Alberta. #Alberta

Good morning! I think you need a winter visit to Alberta to photograph the frozen fog. I’m certain your pictures would be phenomenal.

One thing about Alberta winters that I love is the frozen fog. Makes everything look frosty and magical.

Was hopping to get some cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in this afternoon so we went to Kananaskis. Not enough snow 😔so we wondered around the village & had a bite to eat.

I had a little oopsie this morning. I’m ok but my car isn’t. Stopped at a stop sign, looked didn’t see anything coming and proceeded and then bam!

Seen on my mountain bike ride today. There was sooooo much up. I swear we climbed Everest 5 times. At least that’s what it felt like. By the time we hit the down I was too tired to enjoy it.
