What I didn’t do yesterday I’ll do today, whatever I can’t finish today, I will do tomorrow. I get today to do the things I want and need to do

He wasn’t breaking down over dying — he was breaking down because he knew he wasn’t strong enough to fix everything by himself.
And he knew that once he was gone, the real question wasn’t about miracles, or a cosmic afterlife — it was:

If you have privilege, use it to help those that don’t. Make sure people that are marginalized know you are an ally and will be welcomed. Be like Miep Gies.

As a white middle aged suburban male, I know my privilege shields me from some challenges. As a father of three daughters and a son, Im committed to respect, equality and fairness. I want my daughters empowered without discrimination and my son to value respect for all, regardless of gender identity
