Back when I used to work for optimum, I was exposed to a lot of disabled customers, usually elderly and they were some of the kindest & strongest people I've ever met. Hardships truly bring the best out of us. Makes us realize what's truly important in life.

Our language has a lot of words that mean very specific things for a reason, Frank. Words matter & they have power. I don't like when lazy or dishonest people online conflate a few bad men with every man. That's an unhealthy narrative for innocent boys & young men alike who've done nothing wrong.
